As standard, National Firesleeve fire protection sleeves are available in large rolls that you can cut to size as part of your manufacturing process, or as an upgrade during retrofitting and refurbishment. However, inline continuous processing means that we can also supply bespoke lengths, on request, creating a fire protection sleeve that can be initially fitted, quickly and easily, with no on-site cutting or trimming required.
Bespoke lengths are ideal when you’re working in enclosed spaces, or around tightly constructed machinery, where measuring, cutting and trimming are not as easy. With a bespoke length of fire protection sleeve, the job becomes so much quicker and easier. Bespoke colours
National Firesleeve e-glass fire protection sleeves are also available in a choice of colors, to make the identification of different pipes and connections quicker, easier and safer. You can choose any width or length in six standard colors: true red oxide, bright red, blue, silver, black and yellow.
In addition to these stock colors, you can order your fire protection sleeves in bespoke custom colors. This can be especially useful on complex equipment, where there can be more than six distinct pipe or wiring types. It can also be used to bring machines and equipment into line with the corporate colors of your company or the companies you are servicing.
